This digital painting was part of a study I did that experimented with greyscale colour palettes versus traditional colour palettes. While painting, I didn’t know what the colours I was selecting from the palette were, just their grayscale values. Looking at it now, it captures the beauty of the woman and the vibrance of the colours, possibly symbolizing the beauty of people regardless of their colour.
